Are your products Made in Italy?
Yes, all the items presented here are designed and produced in Italy at our headquarters in Avellino.
Are they made of real blown glass?
Yes, the lamps are made with blown crystal; they are unique pieces individually handcrafted using the blown glass technique (click here to see our process).
Is the light bulb included?
Do the lamps and chandeliers arrive unassembled?
Yes, each lamp and chandelier arrives unassembled, carefully packaged in its shock-proof box.
Are they easy to assemble?
Yes, for the lamps, no help is needed; you just need to insert the lampshade, less than 60 seconds and it's done! For chandeliers, if you don't know how to fix the bracket with a Fisher attachment to the ceiling, you can ask an electrician for help (if you have doubts about assembly before purchasing, you can contact us).
Can I customize the color of the lampshade?
Of course! The lampshade color can be customized to your liking; in the cart section, you can find the appropriate box to write the desired lampshade color (on the lampshade page, you can find all available colors).
Are payments secure?
ImperatoIlluminazione.it is equipped with a protection system to keep the information you provide during the transaction confidential and secure, through the SSL encryption procedure. You can also complete the transaction using the PayPal payment system.
Within how long can I return items?
You have 30 days to return the item if you change your mind. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer; we will issue a refund within 5 days of receiving the item.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We reserve one day for the production of lamps and lampshades; we will then ship the next day with Poste Italiane Crono Express 24/48h, so it will be at your home in less than 3 days :) You can track your order in the "Track my order" section below.
